Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched next business day.
During busier periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer but we always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are estimated as follows:
Australia Standard: 3-6 business days
Australia Express: 1-3 business days
New Zealand Standard: 4-7 business days
New Zealand Express: 2-5 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on location, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are fixed and displayed at checkout.
Current rates (in AUD) are:
Australian Standard: $10
Australian Express: $15
New Zealand Standard: $20
New Zealand Express: $35
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delays or Lost Parcels
Once your parcel leaves our hands, delivery is managed by Australia Post.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll support you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post to locate your parcel.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address if they cannot be recovered.
International Taxes & Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Safe Delivery Protocol
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave the package in a safe location. If no safe spot is available, your order may be taken to a nearby collection point for you to pick up.
We do our best to ensure all orders arrive safely, however, we cannot take responsibility for the package if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery.
Please ensure the delivery address provided meets one of the following conditions: The delivery address is attended at the time of delivery; or
If the address is unattended, you agree to take responsibility for the package if it is left in a secure location.
