As a small business producing specialty products, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a solution. This may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are out of our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and we’ll assist you in lodging a case with Australia Post.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
Orders placed with an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
Order Cancellations
